brainboost GmbH (”brainboost”, “bb”, “we”, “us”, and “our”), provides a software platform to facilitate neurofeedback training and related activities for trainers such as documentation of training improvements and invoice creation. Our Privacy Policy (”Privacy Policy”) is designed to help you understand how we collect, use and share your personal information and to assist you in exercising the privacy rights available to you.
The herein presented Policies covers the personal information we collect about you when you use our products or services, or otherwise interact with us, including on our public websites. As our Services are accessible all around the globe information processed by us may be transferred, processed in other countries than the customers country. Customer Personal Data is transferred in an encrypted form and stored in the EU in Microsoft Azure cloud services. Our subprocessors confirm data transfer according to EU SCCs and compliance with applicable laws.
